Fabulous view

The positive: view was amazing, we had everything we needed to cook. Large fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes & flatware. Negatives: although the finishes were nice, slate and granite, the condo is showing age. Carpet had visible stains, hole in the wall in main area, wallboard in upstairs bathroom is bubbling. Beds not very comfortable. Fairly clean, I noticed things left under the couches (a ping pong ball and bottle cap) Although I’d return, I might look for a different unit first. Brockway Springs is a great community.

Enjoyed location, right off north Lake Tahoe. Facility met our needs however, dining chairs were broken on several chairs making it inconvenient for our party of 8; patio had no electricity and electric grill did not work; master bedroom shower appears to have a leak into living room.
