Two bedroom canal front home. Family friendly . Enjoy laid back Florida lifestyle. Bring your small boat to the two boathouses with electric lifts. Or fish right off the dock in the backyard. Canal provides access to Lake Francis, Red Lake, and Little Red Lake. Enjoy the water view from every angle from the large and cozy family room where you can unwind at the end of the day watching movies in the double reclining loveseat. Larger couch converts to queen size bed to accomodate extra guests. Have your morning coffee in the screened porch overlooking the orange groves. Take an early morning or evening stroll and you may have an encounter with some of our local wildlife which include deer, boar, rabbits, bears, otters, and sandhill cranes. The last two like to make appearances right on the dock in the backyard.
Only a few miles from Publix supermarket and downtown Lake Placid and a 10 minute drive to Sebring International Raceway. Come enjoy everything Highlands County has to offer from the comfort of home.

The house was very clean. The outside of the house could use some sprucing up but the interior was fully furnished and had everything we needed. Shower hot water lasted very short but both showers were going at the same time. Interior lights upon entering are older and there is no switch for them. Other than that, I was impressed with the location and interior. Felt like a true lake house.
