Private kids swing set/playground in the backyard. Private enclosed pool with shaded seating area. Bring the boat bring the Jet skis for ultimate Lake June experience. Enjoy the private community boat ramp access just 3–5-minute ride from the house by car or boat with boat/jet ski docking located directly behind the house on a canal leading to Lake June. Lake June's 3700 acres offers world class bass fishing and plenty of room for your watersports like wake boarding, wake surfing, skiing, knee boarding or tube riding feeling like it's your own private lake. Mother Nature is aways on display from the soaring Bald Eagles, Heron's, Horned Owls, Otters, Ducks, Turtles and Fish put always putting on a great show from our backyard! You may even witness a Space X Lauch. Lake Placid offers variety thing to do from the boutique shops, wine tasting, Saturday morning Farmers markets to the riding the historical US Sugar Train (one of our personal favorites).
