The updated kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances (there's an extra fridge in the garage), and a 5 burner propane gas stove. The living room is so inviting with a sectional couch, hardwood floors, a wall of windows for a gorgeous view, and a propane gas fireplace surrounded by built in cabinets. The oversized slider doors lead to screened in deck offering loads of privacy while overlooking a custom, rough water dock with a lily pad, tiki bar with roll up door, a wake break painted to celebrate the red, white & blue! **The owners have a boat in the slip but you are welcome to tie up between the dock and the wave break.** Guests can spread out in the lower level living room and 4 more guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and a futon, two others have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the lower level has 2 sets of bunk beds, one is a twin bunk and the other is a triple bunk with double beds.
