Small quiet complex (no parties, quiet times strictly enforced). This amazing 2 Bedroom/1 bath newly remodeled condo is just off Bagnell Dam. This small complex has a great view overlooking the marina. (Private Marina, no overnight boat rental slips). Exceptionally clean and spacious! Just a block off of Bagnell Dam Strip so it's a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants, bar & grills, and shopping.. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. All linens and towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps are provided. Just need to bring personal belongings and beach towels. Condo is part of a 4 unit on a private 5 acre estate right in town. Sit on the front patio and watch the wildlife or sit on the back lakeside deck and watch the activity on the lake.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this VRBO. The property was very clean. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive through the VRBO app. The location was great too. Only drawback would be the gravel driveway.

The location is perfect for enjoying the activities around the Bagnell Dam strip. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The only consideration is there isn’t really any access to the water if you are planning on walking to the lake for fishing, etc. if you have other accommodations for accessing the lake then this unit would be perfect. A bonus for the daily deer sightings! This is nestled just off a private drive and I believe we saw a herd of deer every morning just a few yards from the front door.
