By Car: Driving is the most straightforward option. From major cities:
Kansas City: Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes via US-50 E and MO-5 S.
St. Louis: Around 3 hours via I-70 W and MO-5 S.​
By Train & Taxi: Amtrak's Missouri River Runner line stops in Jefferson City. From there, it's about a 50-minute taxi ride to Lake Ozark. ​
By Bus & Taxi: Greyhound offers bus services to Jefferson City. A taxi can then take you to Lake Ozark in under an hour
