If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable place to relax, you’re in the right spot. This penthouse condo sits high above the main channel with the most breathtaking views on the lake! It's truly your home away from home. A chef's paradise, this condo has a kitchen filled with quality kitchen utensils and equipment. There are four bedrooms, all with king beds and four full private baths. One of the bedrooms also has a pair of bunk beds. Up to 12 people can sleep comfortably! You'll have the whole third-story, top level condo and can access saltwater swimming pools on-site (seasonal,) a tennis/basketball court and a clubhouse and fitness room. Location: 14-mile marker, Emerald Bay Condominiums, off Horseshoe Bend Parkway, near Village of Four Seasons.

***NO PARTIES *** Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Only two parking permits are available. This is patrolled. Additional cars can be parked at nearby grocery store. No gas grills or fireworks, please. We have a Traeger you are welcome to use.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
