3 Bedroom, 3 full bath Adirondack retreat

WATERFRONT HOME Located on beautiful Lake Luzerne, NY and nestled in the Adirondack Mountains with amazing lake and mountains views. The perfect Adirondack vacation awaits. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and relaxing on the water. Lake Luzerne is a quiet lake with only non-motorized boats and 2 small public beaches. House comes with kayaks and paddle boards. Private beach has gazebo for shade and lots of room for lounging and enjoying the views.

The house is fully furnished, with a living room, kitchen, dining room and full bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the lower level. 2 bedrooms on the lower level have king beds and large windows with views of the lake. Back bedroom has 2 bunkbeds to sleep 4. The house has Central Air Conditioning. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The dining table located on the screened in porch seats 10 and feels like dining in a tree house and allows for enjoyment of the elements without any potential disruption from rain or bugs. Linens and garbage service are provided. Internet access included.

Lots of outdoor and enclosed porches and true Adirondack serenity to relax and enjoy the beautiful music from nearby Luzerne Music Center. Gas grill, patio, hammock, outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs make it the perfect setting to kick back or to entertain.

Plenty of Adirondack High Peaks and hiking trails within just a few minutes or up to two hours for adventurous outdoor families. Luzerne has a quaint downtown area with a small market, drug store, post office, restaurants, bank, public library, tennis courts and churches. Twenty-five minute drive to Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Casino & Raceway, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Glens Falls and much more. Many nearby attractions including whitewater rafting/tubing on the Hudson & Sacandaga Rivers, hiking, climbing, kayaking, weekly local concerts during summer months, horseback riding, rodeo, golf, history and local winery tours. Within 20 minutes of Lake George attractions (Steamboat trips, Fort William Henry, Great Escape, Magic Forest, boating, scuba diving, parasailing, etc.), outlet shopping and many restaurants.

Perfect beach house to unwind and build memories for young and old alike. Close enough to take advantage of Lake George area attractions, but far enough to feel away from it all!

We had such a relaxing and peaceful time. It was incredible to be able to just hop on a kayak and take it out on that lake. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Beach towels. Laundry detergent, hand soap just to name a few convenient items. We definitely didn’t want to leave this beautiful home

Highly recommend this property. Wonderful location and views. Private access to a small, but very nice and comfortable, beach/lakefront. The kitchen, laundry, and other appliances are in great shape and work well. There is a large grill which is great for cooking. Great campfire. The host is very helpful and communicative as needed, but also very respectful of privacy.

Amazing Lake House

This house is perfect. The lake is beautiful and very peaceful. My kids had a great time on the paddle boards, kayaks, finishing (rods included), and exploring Lake Luzerne. Did some hiking, white water rafting, a spent a lot of time hanging out on the fantastic porch. It was exactly what we were looking for and Eric was super helpful.

We had a great week at Eric’s place. Beautiful setting, well kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Gas grill and smoker. Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and lake floats all there. Great location made trips to Lake George and Saratoga Springs. Really a perfect place to spend a week with family.

Lake House

Great house with all accommodations inside and outside. All the water toys you need are available to you. The kitchen is great for cooking for a big crew. The lake access is awesome. Three showers were able to keep up with six adults.

Fun family getaway

Serene and relaxing location on lake. The home was great with a newly remodeled living area. The screened in porch overlooking the lake with a porch swing great place for morning coffee and meals. Plenty of Kayaks and paddle boards for lake fun. Close to Lake George and Saratoga.

Great relaxing stay at the lake!

My family and I had a wonderful time! This was a really nice and well-equipped property both inside and out! There were games, pamphlets for nearby restaurants and attractions and many nice details like shade at the beach and lighting on the outdoor steps. The beach was great for boating (various types of boats were available and the boat house was well-stocked with paddles and PFD’s, etc.). There is a nice, private swimming area very nearby without Lilly pads, which I and the kids preferred. The host was VERY nice and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely rent this home again!

Quality time with family

We loved our time here. Plenty to do around the area. We enjoyed the lake every day. We were either out on kayaks, canoes or paddle boards, all enjoyed fishing. We enjoyed hiking Hadley Mt., to the fire tower (it’s a killer hike but worth the view), lazy river boats , did and adventure park more north with treetop course and zip lining, shopping and eating at Lake George. The house has a beautiful view of the lake, very relaxing. We spent so much time on the porch and by fire pit. Everything was as described, very clean, and host reached out a few times to make sure everything was good, let us know if we need anything to just reach out. With a family of 7, kids ages 13-24 it is hard to please everyone but this home on the lake was perfect for all of us!

Amazing Lake House, Right on Water

Eric was a great host and the place was right on the water, ideal for a long weekend with friends. Tons of boats for water sports and a great screened in porch plus a fire pit made for a great experience. Would definitely rent again. WiFi was spotty, but you should try to disconnect and enjoy the fantastic house! Thanks again!

Fantastic family stay on the lake

We had such a great stay at this lake house property. Beautiful location right on the lake and close to everything you really need. The house itself is beautiful inside. Bedrooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. Nice open floor plan on the top level which made it nice to socialize with family and what a great view from the large screened in deck. The beach itself was perfect for us as we had a 2yr old and twin 10yr olds. They loved fishing right from the beach and caught a pumpkinseed, bluegill, or sunfish almost every cast. There were a bunch of kayaks, a few canoes, and paddle boards which were great to use. It was just a fantastic stay and we can't thank Eric enough for his hospitality and accessibility when needed. The only thing I would suggest for anyone staying would be to bring some Tupperware for leftovers and be aware there is no tv (we brought a little one with a digital antenna and it worked great to keep the kids occupied when it rained). If you're thinking about staying here for a family vacation, do it.

Our favorite part was waking up each morning to the beautiful lake view - also having morning coffee/evening wine on the screened in porch. Great location and only 20 min from Lake George. This was our fist trip to Lake Luzerne and it was wonderful! Eric’s place had everything we needed for a lake trip, paddle boards, kayaks and even a floating dock to swim to and sunbathe. The house was amazing and was perfect for our relaxing family trip! We would definitely rent again!
