This three-story retreat enjoys an unbeatable location across the street from the lake and steps from a walking trail that surrounds the lake. The public dock located in front of the house is available for your use and is perfect for fishing, picnicking, and sunning. Other great attractions you can find nearby include Rose Walk, Vance Street Park, Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, and Cataloochee Ski Area.

When you book this recently updated home, you are granted access to Lake Junaluska community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, an ice cream shop, kayak and lake equipment rentals, an open gym, and the historic Lake Junaluska Golf Course, a fun and challenging par-68, 18-hole course with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mts and Lake Junaluska.

The first floor of this gorgeous lakefront retreat features an inviting den with a gorgeous gas fireplace, a smart TV with streaming, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a private bunk bedroom that is perfect for the kiddos! Climb up the short flight of stairs to reach the second floor, which offers a beautiful chef's kitchen with modern appliances, a formal dining room, and access to a back patio with a gas firepit, a gas grill, and plenty of seating. This is the perfect spot to host summertime cookouts and then gather around the firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores. This level also enjoys a lake-view front porch with seating and two bedrooms. The upper level features a spacious and sunny living room with wall-to-wall windows flooding the space with natural light and allowing you to admire the lake views. You will also discover a desk, a huge smart TV, and plenty of comfy seating. The main suite is attached to the living room and enjoys its own gas fireplace, smart TV, en suite bath, and private furnished patio with lake views.

The community pool is open daily, weather permitting, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
