A new build in an established area of lake hawea only 5 min walk from the lake and a short drive to wanaka and the ski hills

This is our family home and we are away for the school holidays and want to share it with a family or group who are in the region and looking for a place to stay.

the house is complete, warm and comfortable inside with a big wood fire and plenty of wood. outside decking and bbq area are ready to go with a lawn. the access to the house and some landscaping are still being completed.
The vacation home features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.
