Welcome to our condo near the Lake! This is a one bedroom one bathroom condo with a pull out couch. Centrally located near the lake, London bridge, and all the night life Havasu has to offer. There is plenty of parking for trailers and boats. There is a dedicated space right out front of the condo. Stocked with all the essential items needed to enjoy a weekend getaway by the lake!

This unit is on the third story of the Xanadu North condo complex. There is boat parking in the open spaces between the 2 buildings. There is a designated covered parking right in front of the unit.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Wifi was so slow wasn't able to work fast enough because of it.A/C and heat had issues but was fixed immediately which all worked out. Overall
