It was okay. But it really needs to be renovated. The air-conditionner is really loud, the carpet is not clean and the breakfast is really limited.

Disappointed, dreadful, disrespected

This hotel was not in very good shape. Many of the issues could've been easily taken care of. The continental breakfast was very limited, consisting of toast, mini muffins, cold cereal, coffee and orange juice. The women who worked at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The man who worked the front desk was extremely rude. During breakfast, he sat in the breakfast area and vaped. My husband said "You do realize you're inside" to which the man loudly and angrily said "It's MY hotel." My husband said that he shouldn't be vaping here to which the man replied "Write a review!" As we finished eating and left the breakfast area, he made some rude comments about us to his friend.

Upon check in we entered a very musty, stuffy room at 1:30am, dirty bathroom with crickets, bug on pillow in one bed, A/C was not working properly, seemed to only work at night, front desk said that was normal in the afternoon to have a A/C not working as it was over 100 outside and could not keep up with the heat, toilet would not flush properly causing us to use toilet in the lobby and day 2 and 3,no TV at all and no internet, and no one in the lobby to help us.

it served its purpose....its a pretty old venue but has been updated recently...only complaint i had was the air conditioning unit cut on and off through the night....and being on the first floor the laundry room was very humid oozing into the rooms nearby...

There were bed bugs which I made the manager aware of with the sheet which he refused to look at and handed me fresh sheets for me to put on my self. I have pictures and videos of the bugs and. It's on my legs and arms

Room was not very clean, still have old carpeting that looked dirty. Bathtub looked dirty and wouldnt drain properly. Continental breakfast limited and out of some items.
