This hotel was great! All the staff were super friendly. Hotel and room were all super clean! Great pool & hot tub. Super close to everything, and great views of the water. I will be staying here again.

Cleaning needs to be down better. All spaces aren't cleaned. The sheets need to be replaced they are very old you can definitely tell the wear and tear on them. Our room had unfinished texture and plaster.

The decorations were nicer than the rooms. The place honestly looked like it hasn't been updated in decades. You could see where holes had been fixed in the walls and the doors. You could also tell where decorations used to be because the walls had not been painted since they took the decorations down. There were cobwebs in the corners. Our bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Our air conditioner also either froze us out or didn't want to turn on. We didn't eat the breakfast because it was mostly just cereal, toast and muffins. The redeeming factor in all this was that the staff were friendly.

Sleep in your car before you come here

I arrived Super early In the morning, the girl behind the desk was too busy chatting with her friends on the phone to attend me right away.. She issued me a room gave me a room key and just ignored anything else I asked. I walked into the room and it smelled like mold mildew, and god knows what else I told her.It's milled.I asked for room freshener, she goes.I don't have any. Then, when the t v didn't work, she told me too bad I had to wait until the morning when somebody was there That knew how to fix it. She also told me the only room she could give me was on the third floor and I would have to carry everything up being handicapped, that would not work. She then told me I could leave and go find another hotel room. When I talked to the person at the desk the next day, there were three other rooms on the ground floor that I could have been moved to.She was just too lazy. And of course, the two drunk guys fighting in the hallway outside my room that didn't lock was real fun. If I could give this hotel a negative, I would.It was disgustingThe shower with which I did not use had mold and mildew growing everywhere along with the walls.The ceiling the stench was unbelievable.

Room was dirty when we received. The towels need to be upgraded as they were old, thin, and ugly. Room smelled bad. Waited 30 minutes to check in as their system is outdated. No elevator so we had to carry the luggage up the stairs.
