In addition, this extremely spacious lot also offers access to the pool, BBQ, boat & car parking, multiple patios with soft night lighting. This desirable condo is minutes away from Downtown & in the heart of all that the city & lake has to offer!
The space
This resort condo offers a spacious living room with a pull out sofa bed. Conveniently, next to the living room is the kitchen which is fully stocked with silverware, plates, and cooking appliances. The bedroom is easily accessible with a comfortable king size mattress, TV, and closet. Beside the bedroom, is the bathroom which contains clean towels, toiletries, and functional amenities such as the shower and toilet.
Guest access
As a guest, you'll have full access to the entire condo, pool access, grill access, laundry room access, & free parking (boat parking as well).
