Had a great time for the balloon festival. Great location and even saw several balloons from the backyard. This was our second stay at this location, had a great time both times.

Amazing home! The owner/host thought of everything to make their guests comfortable, in need of nothing. Plenty of space for a big family/group. Everyone had an excellent time.

Great house for fun and spending time with your favorite people. A lot of room. Great set up for the sleeping arrangements. Hosts are fantastic communicators. Definitely recommend it when in Havasu!!

Havasu Weekend Getaway

We’re regulars in Havasu and have stayed at many places. We enjoyed this property because it was comfortable, well stocked, loaded with entertainment and was in a great location. Would recommend for a family type larger group.

Summer Getaway

Wonderful hosts!

This was a fantastic stay for a bachelor party. The host was kind, responsive, and provided a lot of insight/suggestions to the things our group could do. The house had a wonderful pool and spa, as well as plenty of sleeping and gathering room. I would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We booked our trip for a family getaway over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time and really enjoyed the home along with all the amenities. Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts and very helpful by providing information about how everything worked in the home as well as local things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday.

Family gathering in Lake Havasu

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool and patio were amazing, as was the view. The house had plenty of space so we all had our own bathrooms. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Mike was amazing to work with and super responsive throughout the process.

what a blast, even if we are stuck at the house all day

I love the house and the owners are really great! there was so much to do at the house, and it was very comfortable! We had a boat for three days and now I would’ve rather stayed at the house at least one of those to just chill out and relax the views were amazing as well!

Everything we hoped for

The home is roomy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool and spa. The misters were perfect on a hot evening. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. Great location. The owners were very responsive to any questions. The home is still in the process of being remodeled but it wasn’t a problem.

The right house for our last minute Family Reunion.

Great place to make new memories! If you’re looking to bring all the family this house is for you. With all this house has to offer you can stay in and be able to entertain your guests. My 7year old daughter mentioned “ I want a house like, but, with all the details” . Will definitely consider this house for the next vacation. Thanks

Great spot right on the golf course…plenty to do at the house.

The house was clean, had many amenities that made the property that much more enjoyable (pool table, dedicated ice machine, shaved ice machine, pool, spa, golden tee golf arcade machine, and outdoor games). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinners (tri tips on the bbq). Clean bedding and easy check out. Pool had some mechanical cleaning issues but was usable during our stay. Overall a great spot for a large group.

The house was great, the owners even better. Great at communicating and very welcoming. The Wilson's creek was a sweet touch! We definitely would like to stay again. Games were a plus, ice machine a life saver, shaved ice maker a hit, pool clean, tons of towels for the house, misters wonderful, kitchen and supplies were sooooo amazing. Everything we needed down to paper plates and trash bags. Cleaning gear right under sink made clean up easy. Spices and condiments made things easy. It is nice to leave a few items too for the next guests. The water pressure in bathrooms was perfect. Pro tips from house binder were great (and funny). Thanks for making our trip super easy and like home. It was great to have the laundry room too, were able to wash towels half way through our trip.

Beautiful home with a great host!

My family and some others stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute of it! The home was clean and inviting and the host, Michael, was wonderful to work with. The process from leading up to and during our visit was so smooth and worry-free and the fact that the host is the owner was great. It made staying there more personable rather than being in a home managed by a rental company or real estate agent. The champagne in the fridge for us and the personalized letter upon arriving was a great touch as well. The house is packed full of amenities that kept 9 adults thoroughly entertained the entire time and I loved that there were multiple AC units in the home to stay cool in the Havasu heat. We have stayed at many homes in Havasu throughout the last couple of years and have never had one that we genuinely enjoy so we will definitely stay here again!

Everything we expected plus A LOT more

Michael is an excellent host/owner. His detailed manual covered everything. My son and his girlfriend did call Michael with a quick question regarding the jacuzzi (although the answer was in the manual 😊). He answered promptly and was just as helpful on the phone as he was throughout the rental process. The house is beautiful and was everything we expected plus A LOT more. It's all in the details. Switches were labeled so we weren't guessing what lights or fans would turn on/off. Plenty of nice towels, extra blankets, etc. There was an abundance of necessities such as trash bags, toilet paper, cooking utensils, pots/pans which are top of the line and a breeze to wash. The ice maker and the cute ice bags helped keep our drinks cold. The chilled champagne and welcome letter was a thoughtful gesture and enjoyed. The views were awesome and we enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning or in the evening (when it was cooler). Our group of family and friends enjoyed the house and were just as impressed as I was. Plenty of space and a lot of fun memories were made here as we spent time together. Looking forward to possibly renting again next summer for our annual trip. Would definitely recommend.

Great home for family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Havasu Hideout. Michael is an excellent host and provided very helpful information about the property before and during our visit. Every detail was covered! The property itself exceeded our expectations. The view of the golf course and mountains beyond made leaving the house to hit the lake difficult (we never wanted to leave!) We spent hours in the backyard playing in the pool, grilling, and enjoying the view. The kids (teens) spent even more time at the pool table. There was plenty of room to spread out…important when traveling with 5 teens. The beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and bathrooms/house in general clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
