Enjoy a private home with stunning scenery all around you. Admire the gorgeous lake, mountains and desert sunshine while starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on the huge covered patio deck. This one bedroom one bath is located at the Sam's Beachcomber Resort on the island of Lake Havasu. This home sleeps a family of 4-5 including WiFi for your stay. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and dresser with a TV. The living room is furnished with a pull out sofa bed, television, and kitchen table. There is plenty of storage. The kitchen is full of all the essentials for you to make all the delicious meals for you and your family and friends. The oversized patio deck is furnished with lights, table and chairs. There is a BBQ outside for your use. Sam's Beachcomber Resort is gated with 24 hour security, a community swimming pool, spa, gym as well as a clubhouse with lots of community activities, horse shoes, a private beach, a private boat launch, community washer and dryer and so much more!

Sorry to say we were so disappointed, good location, but old property, in need of repairs, electrical outlets hanging, filthy bbq, tub, not enough wifi, or TV reception, seems like absentee owners, don’t know when they visited property last, knowing we were coming for a month it was in terrible shape! Misrepresented no view, like posted.
