The property manager contacted me and said the AC was broken. He offered a new house. The new house is listed as a 7 bedrooms and sleeps 22. This is where I feel like we were misled. There are indeed 7 bedrooms, but three of them can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. There were no floor plans provided and from the photos you can not tell. If you are a group of couples, this could be very awkward. My second biggest issue was that it says that the house sleeps 22. They only provided 8 dinner plates and there were only seats for 13 when you count both the dining table and the island in the kitchen. The utensils were also in short supply and those that were there had seen better days This is the first negative review I have left on VRBO and I am doing it mainly as a PSA to future renters. I provided a list of over 20 items to the project manager. Wish I could list them all but there isn't enough space. Ask a lot of questions before renting a house from Brad on VRBO to make sure you know what you are getting. Here are a few:no shelves on the door in the fridgeinternet did not work for several dayscushions on deck have no protection from weather and were wet and unusable for the weekno curtains on windows in one bedroom coffee pot had mold growing in the basket The electronics on the oven didn’t work so you couldn’t see the temperature you enteredKitchen was lacking typical items for meal prep if cooking in a lot.
