"Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was also clean. We were not too impressed with the pool and room. Hoping that the pool was warmer but that is okay since we didn't go swimming."

"Overall, it was a great stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. You definitely get your moneys worth. Breakfast staff were so kind and amazing. Breakfast was good as well. Room and restroom were all clean and lovely, not one extra mark. It was quiet as well, which is a plus. The closeness to the beach was definitely worth it, plus the scenery you can get. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely be staying again. The only small inconvenience was the lack of extra pillows and blankets, but that’s a minor thing that can easily be fixed. Other than that, definitely 5 stars across the board."
