This former bachelor's pad is a private apartment tucked inside a polebarn on 3 rolling wooded acres. The property is on a quite country road, with public beach access on Stevens Lake just a short walk away. It's also only 2 miles away from the beautiful Village of Lake Ann. Lake Ann is one of Northern Lower Michigan's hidden gems! You will find a true country store atmosphere at Lake Ann Grocery, where their "If we don't have it, you don't need it" solgan always holds true. When you finish grocery shopping, walk over to Lake Ann Brewery for a locally brewed cocktail and some live music. You can also order a pizza from next-door at the Stone Oven to enjoy at the brewery or to take home. In the morning, make sure to stop into the Red Door for a homemade breakfast and specialty coffee. Whatever your needs and desires are, the Village of Lake Ann will not disappoint!
