The main level has 3 bedrooms, a main living area and bonus office. A lower level family/game room and an additional bedroom downstairs make this the best group getaway!

Lake Ann is a fantastic recreational and fishing lake at the mouth of the Platte River. There is a public access to launch your boat or jet skis and a dock to moor them to at this property! A row boat and kayaks are available with the rental of the home.
