Historic Shilliday House is wrapped in the heart of the friendly hidden gem Lake Ann village. The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located & amazing place. Live music & drinks at Lake Ann Brewing, Stone Oven Restaurant, Corner Cone ice cream, Grocery Store & Cafe all next door! Lakefront park with a small beach is just a couple minute walk, the boat launch 2 miles, Traverse City, fantastic wineries and the sleeping bear dunes, and other sites close by! This is my second year hosting but my first year on VRBO! Last year, I was a Superhost with 4.8 rating on the other rental platform.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
