Half of the pool is adult only. No spa with kids allowed. Breakfast options are very limited to basically only Starbucks every day. Had to pay 30 dollars per day for roll away bed. Claims to sleep four with 1 king bed and a single pull out sofa. Without the 30 dollar a day roll away which barely crammed into the room 1 kid would have to sleep on the floor or in the bed with parents. Better for couples not families.

Very nice place. The food from Waicoco was terrible and the service wasn’t good either.

It’s on the beach so of course that’s great . The property was open to just about anyone one . You could pick out of the crowd someone who was not a guest which can be concerning . The staff seemed more concerned with their tips more than anything . In fact one of them complained that I ordered from someone else when the original person I ordered from was slammed with other people ordering . While at the the pool we asked if we could order food and they replied ‘“ I guess “ for the kind of money I spent there the service was disappointing . We had to request our room cleaned everyday and they never came at the time we requested . They also charged me for valet when I never used it . Mind you I have stayed at many other high end resorts and I have to say this one was disappointing for the money ( by the time you get all of theor fees they don’t disclose in the initial booking ) . Next time I’ll rent a house for the money I spent as the room was very small for my family and I and service was terrible .

Great location

The hotel had so many wonderful things to do as a family. Clean, comfortable and safe.

As we entered the property at peak hours we were not greeted with Hawaiian Leis as I have been in the past. Also when we tried to do one of the lobby events we were told we weren’t able to ( build a crown) as we didn’t so go up but there was no one there and they had a lot of material

Housecleaning staff was very friendly and did great job of having my room clean upon arrival. Pandemic has hit Maui hard and no room service was available. The pool was wonderful with plenty of space available. We had a cabana which protected us from the sun but very pricey. Room 255 did not have great view but we went to Westin for the beach and the pool slide for our little one so that did not matter to us. The room was quiet and beds comfortable. Check in and out was easy. I would return.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to, friendly staff, clean and organized in every aspect great location - it was our first time in Hawaii and after a few days of roaming around the island we concluded that the beach is one of the best - if no the best - on Maui.

This property was amazing! The renovations/remodel was impressive. We loved our trip so much we decided to book another trip before leaving to bring our kids back with us. Can not say enough good things about this property. Westin is our go to in Maui!

Housecleaning staff was very friendly and did great job of having my room clean upon arrival. Pandemic has hit Maui hard and no room service was available. The pool was wonderful with plenty of space available. We had a cabana which protected us from the sun but very pricey. Room 255 did not have great view but we went to Westin for the beach and the pool slide for our little one so that did not matter to us. The room was quiet and beds comfortable. Check in and out was easy. I would return.
