The club room, drinks, staff, and food were all great and worth the extra cost to upgrade. Nice views at the property, lots of pool chairs and the valet/car experience is very easy compared to some of the bigger "grand" resorts on Maui.
The pool, beach and room are very nice. The food options are bad, limited, basic and very expensive. We had construction noise throughout the trip. There was NO personalized service! 2 minute greeting ta check in and that it! Food options are so limited we had to eat room service which is very expensive! 3 Star hotel at 5 star prices!
