It was quiet, centrally located, free shuttle to Lahaina, nice path to walk along the beach for miles, clean, nice staff. We weren't told about dining options on the property and missed out on some dining opportunities.

14 bucks for coffeee because the room didn’t one didn’t work and the staff didn’t care ata all

The check-in clerk was overwhelmed, did a poor job of explaining the parking process. Bell staff did a poor job of showing me the grounds when I asked. I did a better job wandering around on my own. Pool area is unappealing to all but those who are a family traveling.

The resort layout is great with multiple areas to sit by the pools. The beach is absolutely amazing and great for walks or playing in the ocean.

What I really like is the staff which I have found to always be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been coming to the Sheraton Maui Resort annually for the past 30 years and we love the location.

Close to the beach and but the pool gets pretty busy and all the tubes get used up and some people just keeps the tube the whole time

First I'll begin with a positive and that is all the staff were friendly. But I was absolutely horrified to find a cock roach in the room by the fridge and microwave. It was an infant which means there was positively more around and likely infested. Don't eat the unwrapped cupcakes in the fridge because they might have walked on them. Our room was very close to the breakfast buffet room and the Tap-Dan so the likelihood there are roaches there too is high, which makes me more angry because we ate at both of them! The lawn furniture that comes with the cabana rental is dated and not worth the cost because you get 1 picture of ice water and that's it. All in all save yourself and find another hotel!

great location, great service, great beach access and the room was very nice.

Wonderful pool. Excellent beach. Nice that they provide beach/pool towels. However, too many cabanas blocking pool access; too many people reserving recliners but not using them.

Property is very spread out, we were on a far wing and not close to anything. I paid for a "deluxe" room, I would say it wasn't much nicer than a motel 6.

I loved the sunset from my room, the beach was close from my room.

Loved everything! Thank you for everything! 💕Beautiful property, and wonderful staff! Our ocean view what amazing from our room.

Beautiful location/facility, excellent service overall with a few exceptions, great food, great pool and bar area. Prices too high, especially for drinks.

Right on the beach in a quieter area was good. Room was upgraded from the start that was also good. The bad was the room had 3 different problems which we brought up to the resort.the pool has also seen better days the walls are crumbling in a couple of places

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, great pool, easy access to beach and snorkeling.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. This trip was a bit disappointing. I believe this property was just sold & it feels like it needs new management. The resort ran out of towels, when calling hotel dining, front desk, management you would almost always just get a recording. Beds weren’t very comfy, furniture was tired, hard to find lounge chairs especially any with shade. Construction in rooms would start at 8am. The beach was washed out. This hotel is in a great location at Black Rock. Hope new owners will restore it to it’s former glory & run it like a high end resort.

I found Mouse or rat feces in my bathroom on the counter top where my toothbrush was. The front desk manager did not take care of me properly considering how gross the situation was

The resort was amazing. We got the ocean front room in building 6. Breathtaking views. We got to see the whales from our balcony.
