This condominium has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher to create your own meals and save money on your vacation. Features a king size bed in the bedroom and adds a queen size sofa bed for your guests or kids. The living room has a 35" Smart TV for your entertainment along with Cable TV and High Speed internet if you need to get some work done at the office nook desk. The bathroom has a step in shower with built in bench with high and low faucets. Located on the ground floor - walk directly out from your private lanai to the beautiful landscaped property with direct access to the ocean and beach. Other amenities include a grilling station where you can barbecue your favorite meat or fresh island fish on our waterside gas grills. This comfortable unit has cozy carpet in the living room and bedroom areas. You are also located right next to the heated pool for an afternoon swim.
This unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Come and enjoy the sound of our ocean waves and relax in Makani Sands # 105 – your vacation home away from home.
