winter break

overall, acceptable. lacked interior furniture (we moved outdoor table and chairs inside for the two weeks). lack of ac , given circumstances was understandable but thought there might have been a minimal discount. cannot speak highly enough of the staff...excellent!!

It was a great property to stay at. The studio and grounds are well maintained. The only one thing was there was no table inside to sit at only a breakfast ledge for two people on bar stools. It was difficult to play board games inside. There were however two chairs to sit on, only needs a small table. Phil and Brenda

the place and property were beautiful…stated slept 4 and there were 3 of us…had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights as bed was completely bent and I feel that should have been checked….it was fixed 4 days into our stay…I understand that things happen but felt like this was a big miss….when u have 9 days and 3 without a proper bed and you are not a spring chicken…thats tough. The place was adorable though. Steps from the beach was a stretch…it is a short walk but worth it.

Great place for familys

This was the perfect place for me and my family of 4 to stay in Maui. Great location and the condo had everything we could of wanted. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Maui.

Great stay- perfect for family with small kids

We had a lovely stay. The studio condo was just the right size for our family of 4 with two small children. Recently renovated, it felt clean and updated. Unit is close to lobby and laundry facilities which was convenient for us. Parking was easy. We would recommend!

Get a way trip

The studio condo is clean and updated. We enjoyed the spacious two sink bathroom and our patio. The location to the snorkeling beach is walking distance. Love the Kaanapali area as well.

Great Condo and location

We spent 10 days here and loved it. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. The kitchen we didn’t use much except for breakfast. The appliances are nice. The bathroom is good size for 2 people and the bed was comfortable. The condo is a close walk to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Stop looking, book now if available. Modern condo at a very chill resort. Best location on the west side. Condo owners and management company made sure we had everything we needed for a successful week on island.

Great Getaway!

This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the easy beach access and spending time at the Castaway restaurant at the resort. We also used the trolley to go to and from Whaler’s Village. We wished check out time was at 11:00 rather than 10:00 in the morning. Also we could have used more towels for our eight day stay but were advised by the Perfect Stays employee to wash them at the on-site laundromat.

Updated, clean and great location!

This is a recently renovated unit located right off the lobby for easy access to parking, pool and beach. It had everything you needed! The property is well maintained and not nearly as busy as the big resorts on Kaanapali. About a 25 minute stroll along the beachwalk to Whalers Village. My Perfect Stays that manages the unit was great. You always felt someone was there to help if needed. The complex also runs like a hotel. Someone is always at the lobby desk, there's an activities coordinator on site, trolley service, beach towels are available to be exchanged daily, complimentary coffee etc. Beachfront is awesome! Hope to be able to come back to this unit again in the future.

Amazing Location

Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary. We loved waking up and drinking coffee on the porch. The location is perfect, and the beach is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

Maui Kaanapali Villas, is our favorite location in Maui.

Great location without being in the center of tourist town. A more private setting that’s close to everything. Great beach, and this unit is very convenient to the lobby, laundry, and parking. I’d bring your own small packages of condiments- everything at the supermarket is normal sizing and you end up tossing it out after your stay. Staff was good. I wish the unit had more bath towels, but fresh beach towels at the desk were plentiful. Bring your own foil, and ziplock bags. They had an in closet safe but it wasn’t working, even with a change of batteries. There is no garbage disposal. TV was a challenge, all streaming and tricky to figure out with no way to lower the volume below a rather loud threshold of 25. The place was super clean and newly remodeled. There is no maid service during your stay. Watch the corners of the platform bed, nailed my shin at the start! I’d go back to this unit without hesitation. I think the kinks can be worked out successfully.
