Best place we’ve ever stayed at a resort. Our room was amazing a spectacular ocean view. The staff were accommodating. The only thing I noticed, I saw a few little bugs in the kitchen area. Other than that, everything was top notch! We’ll definitely stay there again!
5 star all the way! Beautiful accommodations. Excellent staff, fantastic spa. Went out of their way to make our trip special for my birthday and anniversary. Also very helpful with our 6 month old baby. It was pure joy to stay here!
The concierges were amazing, the service impeccable and the rooms and grounds breathtaking! We loved spending our first time in Maui at this resort.
My husband and I stayed 2 days at the Montage after spending 5 days on Oahu's North Shore for business. Our stay was complete paradise from the time we were greeted at the valet. The residence was spacious and well appointed. The extra large patio provided a lovely setting to take in the ocean view and ground of this property. The design of the heated pools was unique including waterfalls. The location provides for access to beautiful shoreline, tide pools and vegetation. Our experience with all staff was excellent; guest experience is their priority and it shows. We enjoy luxury properties and this one is our top choice for luxury resorts. We look forward to returning again soon!
Very welcoming resort with great amenities and beach. Terrific snorkeling and walking distance to rock jumping area. Staff at pool was prompt at bringing food and drinks. Family enjoyed the convenience of room service at the end of a busy day.
The pool is a great place for adults and kids. It meanders all around the property with views of the beach and you can always find a private spot. Staff was fabulous. If you want to be spoiled, then stay here.
Our trip to the Montage was a birthday celebration for my wife and couple of our best friends joined us. With the exception of too many small children the Montage is a wonderful place to stay. The prices of food and beverages at the resort are VERY expensive, so yes this is a five star resort but you will pay for it. There is a Costco near the airport so a stop there for provisions is highly recommended.
Many positives including luxurious property amazing views exercise club is fantastic. The only negative is that the restaurant is simple with limited menu.
In terms of ultra high end resorts this is probably best in Hawaii. Superior guest services combined with huge rooms loaded with ameneties should please even the most discerning travelers. Great for families.
