Ft. patio with its own massive adjacent lawn area. The patio even includes its own built-in Viking BBQ grill for your entertaining pleasure. When it's time to head to the pools or beach, Konea 101 enjoys quick and easy access.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the patio or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

When nightfall comes and it is time to rest and recharge for another day in paradise, you'll be delighted to sink into one of the sumptuous king-sized beds in each bedroom. Each bedroom features a flat panel TV for your viewing enjoyment and each bedroom affords views of the ocean. With advance notice one of the beds can be split into two XL twins at no additional charge. Should you require additional sleeping space, the couch in the living room can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper with additional space for 2, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 6.

Two luxurious full bathrooms further accentuate the Konea 101 experience. Each is appointed with dual granite vanities and a glass walk-in shower.
