This hotel never disclosed that there would be major construction going on. A large part of the property was closed off, making it confusing and difficult to navigate. We had toddlers and an elderly grandma, and spent nearly 30 minutes in the heat trying to find our tower and room, even carrying a stroller down stairs and across grass. The construction noise started early every morning, and the pools near our tower were closed and out of service. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and there was no room service available. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and it was ruined by this experience. They shouldn’t be booking guests in the Lahaina Tower until construction is done. If you’re planning a trip to Maui, stay anywhere else.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cleaning staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard. Most of all my husband and I enjoyed being able to walk so easily to many places. The pool was good. We don't swim but enjoyed getting wet and sunbathing. Loved the view. How do I joined to get the Marriott points?

Loved My Time at Maui Ocean Club

I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!

The property was beautiful, the "aloha's" were abundant and the service was impeccable. We had a great Thanksgiving vacation that we are grateful to Kaanapali, Lahaina and Maui overall!

Disappointed in size and condition of room. Bathroom was right next to bed and turning on light shined right onto anyone sleeping.. … bathroom counter so small that there was no place for toiletries…. We wanted to extend stay, but since we used 3rd party we were not able to without checking out and trying for different room.
