Beautiful location. Loved our place with the full kitchen. Had a couple of issues with the place, but they were taken care of right away. Very communicative staff. Everything was great. This was our second time staying at the bay villas. Hoping there’s a third!

The dryer did not work during the majority of our stay. There was no clear identification of the Wi-Fi password. The bed had a makeshift foam padding making it uncomfortable.

Excellent condo and location in Kapalua

We have traveled to Kapalua many times and always stay at Kapalua Bay Villas. This condo was amazing! Excellent view, wonderfully furnished and great location. Great for a couple as it is a one bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Kapalua Peace

This is the place if you want peaceful respite and restoration. A beautiful condo with a phenomenal location overlooking the beach. This condo is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities needed. The only issue we had upon arrival was that our refrigerator was not functional… however, a replacement was brought in within hours and all was well for the week.

Amazing Maui vacation

Stunning and peaceful villa! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful, clean, and cozy villa. Home included all of the essentials to stay comfortably - including fan, extra blankets, and everything needed to cook food at home if desired. The views from the villa were breathtaking, we enjoyed quiet mornings on the lanai sipping coffee overlooking the ocean with the sound of the waves. The private beach and 3 pools are just a short walk from the villa. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores located nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future!

Slice of Paradise

This was our first time visiting Maui, and we were wowed by this property. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises/sunsets and had nice privacy. It was conveniently located to great beaches, food and shopping. The home was full of amenities like beach umbrellas, chairs and snorkel gear, which we took full advantage of! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great High End Property

The condo is in a prime location and is a premium property. It is spacious, private and had a great view. It is close to great beaches and lagoons for snorkeling. It is close to restaurants and is in a beautiful part of the island. It was clean and the check in process was easy. We had a great time there and the property was perfect. My only concern was the added cost and complexity of the Parrish Property management. We rented through VRBO but had to constantly deal with Parrish. VRBO and Parrish were not aligned on receipts for payment. We had to sign an additional waiver for Parrish. Its like we had two rental agencies. I much prefer a property without Parrish as a middleman..

Stunning View and Great Location

The views of the ocean were stunning the minute you walk into the property. The place was clean and well-equipped. I loved the location, the proximity to the beach, and the location was super convenient to restaurants and most places. Parking was easy as well and overall really enjoyed our stay. Will return in the future!

Amazing Place

This place was truly great. Amazing location, amazing views, very short walk to the beach, and very close to the Montage (a great, short walking trail to get there). Hang out or boogey board on a more 'wavy' beach which is a short walk and then down some steps or you can walk to the Montage beach and snorkel on their amazing snorkeling bay (We did both). Will def. stay again.

Beautiful place!

Stayed here as an end to our two week vacation after the rest of our family went home. The property is amazing. Very clean and more than we expected. Views and scenery are breathtaking. Very close to golf, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view and location

Agree with everything in the other reviews, great property and amazing view. The amenities were perfect and the furniture was very comfortable. There is a shuttle available to take you to area restaurants, groceries stores are easy to get to and many bars and restaurants are near by to enjoy.

First floor ocean view

The place was ideally suited for easy access to to beach, hiking, golf, etc. When we walked in door we were greeted with breath-taking ocean views. The rooms were comfortable, the master bath was great, and loved the breakfast room and back patio.

Nothing short of perfect

First, the location is perfect. Kapalua feels like its own secret location. You are 10 minutes from whalers village and 15 from Lahaina. There are tons of trails to walk around the beach and in the resort areas. Never anything far away. The location of the condo was great. Felt more secluded than some of the others and 100 yards to the beach stairs. Everything was exactly as described. Clean. Breath taking views. Easy parking. Great pools. And the beach area is much more private than see if the busier beaches near. Highly recommend.

Beautiful

WOW! This place exceeded all my expectations. The view from the lanai is utterly breathtaking. This corner unit feels so private and secluded and the lanai is honestly massive. Best part was sunrise, I loved watching sunrise every morning. We will definitely be staying here again.
