Decent property - works well for a family due to the living space and the full kitchen. Not as fancy as some of the resorts on the island but competitive price-wise and we enjoyed our stay.

The actual property is nice. They do charge you resort fees even though there aren’t that many perks with the fee. Normally when you’re paying fees you get room service. Here you don’t unless you are staying 7 days or more. Which is annoying if you are planning to go into water at all. You also have to call to get towels as they don’t replenish the towels. You pay for printing services, which we didn’t use at all. Also parking is $10 at gate and on your receipt it is $10 something. Staff is lacking customer service in my opinion. They can’t really answer basic questions. Actual room is nice plenty of utensils and items for you to cook, you basically have an apartment. Just wish they had more perks for what you’re paying.

Very clean unit. So spacious. 2 bed & 2 bath came in so handy for the early wake up tours. Beautiful grounds and easy access to the beach! Total resort feel! Plenty of restaurants across the street. Lunch trucks next door.

Lovely property had everything we needed. We had an ocean view, the staff was friendly, it is older but the pools were clean and beautiful with Hawaiian foliage and beach front Kaanapali. Liked that we had kitchen and laundry in our unit. Easy access to the island.

It’s ferret if you have kids. Washer and dryer is inside the room. Beach is 2 minutes walk and 2 big kids pool. Grocery store walkable distance.We loved it.

The furniture in the unit was old but in good shape. The carpet was well worn. The internet didn’t work for 2 days. Great view from our balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice beach and really nice pools. Near restaurants, stores, food truck park. Supermarkets and pharmacies even an urgent care facility across the street.

The resort was conveniently located. We stayed in a one bedroom with an ocean view. Our other group was in a one bedroom garden view. The rooms were spacious. We took advantage of the grilling area. We also used the pool. The beach area was small but wasn’t overcrowded. There were food trucks next door along with a strip mall across the street. The bakery a block away offered huge breakfast cinnamon rolls and other options.

Beach access is wonderful! Christopher at the experience desk and Mark at the bar were both wonderful. The location is good for food and the grocery store is within walking distance. Having two pool areas was nice! This is our second time at this location and will go again!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pools, beach, apartment with terrace to the garden, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Our only reservation is the lack of utensils in the kitchen.
