Clean room with good kitchen. Suggest having staples like salt and pepper, coffee filters. Ocean view booking may be an obstructed view. The Checkin receptionist was helpful in getting us a better room, but I would keep this in mind when booking again. Pools are nice and well used. Need to replace some broken lawn chairs. Overall great stay.

Very friendly staff, perfectly manicured gardens, the best resort pool in the area challenged only by the nearby Westin, clean rooms with a full kitchen available, and right across the street from a major grocery store and pharmacy. They also gave me a complimentary late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until late at night. This is the best overall resort in the area for Maui. I wish everyone cared as much about their resorts as this one!

Brought my husband's parents for their first trip to Hawaii and they loved it. Loved the conveniences and ease of everything from towels, shop, pool, etc. Front desk staff and both gentlemen working the towel station were great!

Overall my experience was amazing! I only encountered one problem which was obtaining beach towels. Which to me did not seem like a big deal, but apparently to the person who was in the front desk it was. I had called to ask for more towels since the towel area was closed, they informed me it was not a problem that I could obtain them in the front desk. She asked me for the towel cards and I informed her I had left them upstairs but I had called already and they said just to go to the front desk. Apparently it was a huge problem and it ended up being a super unpleasant situation and all for beach towels. The place and everyone else were beyond amazing, except for that individual.
