The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Neuwertige, super ausgestattete Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung und Einrichtung sind neuwertig und entsprechen einem gehobenen Niveau. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Geräuschdämmung und die in der Tiefgarage befindliche große abschließbare Einzelgarage. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "Klimahaus". Die Wärmedämmung ist so gut, dass sich die Wohnung kaum abkühlt. Die Permanentbelüfung sorgt zwar für etwas Abkühlung aber trotzdem war es in der Wohnung mitunter zu warm.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine top Ausstattung - es fehlt an (fast) nichts. Cons: Trotzdem, daß die Wohnung in einem Klimahaus war, wurde die Wohnung für die sommerlichen Verhältnisse während unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre angebracht gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - hat den Nachteil, daß eine verkehrsreiche Straße direkt vor dem Balkon/Terrasse der Wohnung vorbeiführt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Pros: Tiefgarage, moderne Ausstattung, sehr Gastfreundlich und unkompliziert, TV in WZ+SZ, Cons: Leider ist das SZ direkt an der gut befahrenen Straße gelegen.
