Unique terraced yard with secluded and private heated pool and spa; four bedrooms (all en-suite); chef's kitchen; home theater with 100 " screen and seating for 12; magnificent $200,000 audio-video system in all rooms and outdoor areas; over 1000 sq ft of view decks; outdoor kitchen by pool/spa and cabana with full bathroom; 10 minute walk to Laguna Main Beach, Village, restaurants, shopping, and art festivals including Pageant of the Masters. Two-car garage and two off-street parking spaces in driveway.
