Quinta Altragacia property is located at Lagun at less than 5 minutes walk to the Lagun beach. Lagun is located at the west side of Curacao and is a quite area good for relaxation, meditation, swimming, snorkeling, diving away from the hectic daily life. The beach is well known for diving tourists and has a restaurant and dive shop on the spot.

Quinta Altagracia property consist of a house and two (2) apartments. The property is gated with parking area within the property. A video surveillance system, alarm installation and smoke detectors are installed for the provisioning of additional security although Lagun is a very safe natural protected suburb with lovely inhabitants.

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, kitchen supplies and linen to make your stay enjoyable. Both apartments consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area, front and back balcony.
The bedrooms have build in closets. The master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms has airconditioning. The Kitchen contains all equipment, utensils, glassware, pots and also a Senseo coffee machine. Apartment has a living room and dining area with seating for 6 persons.
A LED TV and android iptv box with all channels activated and wireless internet is available for your entertainment purposes.
Both Kitchen and Bathroom is equipped with hot water installation for your convenience.
A washing machine is also available including an iron, ironing table and safety box located in the master bedroom.

False advertising but comfortable

The listing advertises that you get a view of the ocean, but that’s not correct. The property is very closely located to the beach, a block away, and the interior is very elegant with all the floor and walls being tiled. All the essentials are provided and the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Our stay in this in property was PERFECT!

This Playa Lagun location is the IDEAL spot for the occasional-traveler, and the returning Curacao-Fan alike. It offers the peace, quiet, tranquility while staying near to the nicest beaches the island has to offer. Mary (our Host) went above and beyond before, during, and even after our stay. I would like to thank her, and her team "behind the scenes" for making our first visit to Curacao the BEST it could have been!
