It was okay

The person we originally communicated with was nice. As for the property itself, it was okay. What I liked: - It was gated - Had electricity & AC (there was a backup generator so we never had to go without power) - Apartment was big & bedrooms were ensuite - Location was good, there were restaurants everywhere and a nice grocery store, which was only like 2 or 3 min away What I didn't like: - One of the bedrooms was unusable because there were mosquitos/ drain flies. Someone slept there the first night and had bites all over their body (it was the worst on his neck) - We saw a couple of roaches and had to spray the whole house before we went out - We saw a mouse - Water leaked in the bathroom - The wifi wasn't good - it would connect but everything loaded extremely slow or would not load at all - We had to communicate with multiple people about our checkout time. When we booked, it said 1:30 PM, but then the property manager called multiple times to tell us we needed to be out by 11 AM. He then sent the cleaners at 10:45ish, and we had to again, explain our check out was at 1:30 (I showed them our reservation) and finally the owner got it sorted out for us
