Ok but not great
The exterior and lobby was great and the staff were helpful enough but the amenities left a lot to be desired. There was also a mixup with my reservation which required me to pay additional money.

The hotel property is nice, spacious, and accommodating. The initial room given to me was not good as I was told I paid for the poolside view. I had to pay extra to get a better room.
The overall experience was good. The workers are polite and kind. The reception people were excellent and the restaurant service was top-notch.
However, the room can be upgraded to modern facilities, especially the TV set and AC to a smart TV and split AC.
