Bueno en general

Buen hotel, buen servicio en general. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque las ventanas al exterior son pequeñas. El baño funciona muy bien y tiene buenas amenidades. Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso y el hotel no tiene elevador; eso fue bastante incómodo. No cuenta con un restaurante para desayuno o algún servicio a cuarto.

Froze all night

The hotel was clean and looked nice but was very uncomfortable. There was no heat, the wifi worked poorly, the restaurant that was advertised was closed. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the morning. They didn't light the hot water heater until we asked them why there was no hot water. The help was nice but clueless on how to please guests.

Good relation cost-benefit

We stay a night on this hotel during a short trip to the magic town, we book in advance with no issues. Nice staff and the hotel has all the basic for a short stay, clean and safe. No restaurant but if you use TripAdvisor app (as we did) you can get great tips on restaurants and places to go.

Nice Boutique Hotel

This hotel is beautiful and recently renovated. The room was clean and the hotel in general is well kept. The only negative I found was there was no elevator that I saw. If you are looking for a nice quite room this is the place.

Tiene estacionamiento, por lo que la llegada fue muy accesible. Personal atento todo el tiempo, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Hay una parada de autobús (transporte público) bastante cerca, y que lleva directamente al centro, pero no se recomienda salir tan tarde.
