The people on the desk(Lovie) did there level best to help us. I am not neccesarily a picky person, willing to overlook a lot. But, the first room by a mistake was not non smoking, and reeked beyond what Febreze could handle, second room was some what better, except the drain in the shower would not drain, the third room, the shower worked, quite shabby,worn out comes to mind, the bed was made up, pillows missing pillow cases, had to go request towels..The pool was not open and looked very SAD... A very poor experience, but I can only praise the office for their assistance, certainly I fault the owners... either repair and replace, it could be a quite nice period motel, if you aren't willing to put some capital into improvements. A D 9 Cat comes to mind..
