This property was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The space was excellent for a party of 8, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness! The backyard was also lovely. The only thing we would've loved are deadbolts on the doors as it is a well-traveled road.We appreciated the easy communication with the property manager and would return for another stay!

Quiet stay close to town

This property was great . Plenty of space for 8 of us to stay comfortably, beds were decent and the location is great . You’re away from town but can easily grab a cup of coffee in less than 10 minutes. The listing matched the photos exactly, communication was prompt and other than a small issue with finicky WiFi , this stay was pleasant and hassle free . We frequently visit Lafayette for family trips and I will be looking to use this location again . Also , Acadian village is close by for Christmas time . One of best stays yet

Wonderful Stay

Building is as advertised. There is a slight stagnant odor, but can easily be treated with Febreze. Building could use a "deep" clean, but at this point it's more nitpicking. The stay was great, and we had Zero functional issues during our stay. Would stay again if needed.

My son's wedding

My youngest of 4 boys got married this weekend. We live out of town and wanted to stay all together since one son flew in from Carolina, one from Houston, myself, paw paw, daughter in law, and sister. The house was just amazing. Many times a rental isn't as impressive as online photos, THIS time the was an absolute blessing for our family. Exactly as shown in pictures plus all the comforts of home. Location was perfect, host very friendly and I would highly suggest this property to all of my friends and family who are visiting Lafayette. Added so much to our already special weekend blessings.

Great Stay!

Beautiful home with plenty of room with family and friends. Heavy smell of iron from the water and you can hear the early morning traffic from the front bedroom but only in the morning during the week. Otherwise it was quite & peaceful.

Beauty on the Bayou

I want to start off with my apologies for this long overdue review of this beautiful home. I can honestly say this house exceeded our expectations and the photos definitely did it justice. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, huge kitchen and pantry, gorgeous yard with a pond and even a little row boat that the children enjoyed! We ran into a small issue with the swing and the host was amazing and was more concerned that no one was harmed, he also swiftly responded when we had trouble with the faucet and was there the same day to fix it! I’d definitely stay here in the future and I recommend anyone visiting in the Lafayette area this home. One small complaint was the smell of water and unfortunate yellowing that it caused, but other than that, my family throughly enjoyed our stay and the wonderful host! Thank you for the amazing experience and hospitality!

Superb.. I was there for my Mom’s memorial. The VRBO was perfect for family and friends. Large!

Clean, amenities were perfect, LARGE, great location for markets, stores, etc. very peaceful back patio with swing and pond. I would highly recommend The Cajun Luxe.
