Very friendly staff
I arrived the staff was very helpful and friendly. I checked in my room late to find a tv that did not work. I called down to the front desk multiple times with no answer. I think it’s time for some updating in the rooms while clean it just looked dingy.
Comfy bed
3d time this year with 3 day stay each time. This visit was a disappointment compared to last stays. Room 129 was damp. Seemed to come up from foundation. Hanging clothes were damp each morning. Same for bathroom floor. Periodic chirping occurred during the night coming from either the smoke alarm or fire sprinkler.
I was very impressed with the set up and the look of the room. Breakfast was great as always at Hamptons.
Clean hotel, and rooms. Would stay again. Great breakfast and staff
3 Adults and 3 children arrived at 10PM and our 1st bad experiance was with the counter person on duty who was very disrespectful! when my son asked questions about the room the desk person was argueing with him about bed sizes. My son appolagized for getting a little hot tempered because we had been on the road for over 14 hours and the Hampton Inn prior advertized Queen beds and we all they had were double beds. The person at the counter said that there was no difference. We finally got to bed around 2AM and at 3AM these young drunk girls were in the hall with language worse than sailors! Did not get hardly any rest and the toilet kept running so I had to turn the water off to the toilet in order to quieten it down. While taking care of the toilet problem, I noticed the Small air vent on the wall looked worse than a grease screen for a stove. We checked out at 4AM and drove on to Houston Texas with 2 large moving trucks pulling a trailor fallowed by 2 fully loaded vehicles with no rest and with children from the age of 3 to 11 years of age on hardly any sleep. I complained to the new desk clerk who told me that I should have contacted him and he would have taken care of the problems. The other desk clerk that was argueing with my son was a female and she even went as far as to complain to us that she had been there since 11 AM and will not be leaving until 11 PM
My reservation for a King non-smoking had magically transformed to smoking by the time I checked in. I was instead given a small room with two double beds packed into it. No complaints about cleanliness, though. Over all it was pretty average.
