A/C please (room 128 not working)

The A/C didn't work in the room. Fortunately, I was off to San Pedro the next day, so the next property was perfection and cool. Based on the price and the heat, the fix would have been a new room but when you are hauling it the next day, I just surrendered and suffered. Now, on my next night's stay, on the exit, the A/C was perfect, so they got it right. Denise (front desk) I owe her a handheld fan, sorry I didn't leave for you at the front desk, but you are an amazing HUMAN!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. There was no running hot water during my visit, which made showering extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I saw a roach in the room which is completely unacceptable for any lodging, no matter the price point. The staff was polite, but these basic issues need to be addressed. Cleanliness and functioning hot water should be standard. I wouldn’t return unless serious improvements are made.

Hotel was clean, food was good, service was good…unfortunately, the pool (reason we chose this hotel), is not available to guests for multiple hours twice a day as they have community swim lessons going on. The swim students and their adults left the pool area a mess and the pool dirty, so once it was available for guest use it was unpleasant. Had we been aware of this we would have booked elsewhere.

Worst expensive EVER. Not only did they give our room away (we paid for our room!!!) they tried to send us to a terrible looking hotel down the street. They gave us an upgraded room which was nice. the hotel itself was really pretty. We went to the restaurant, they ignored us, were so rude to us. “Forgot” our meal, the price was insane for the type of food. Seriously the rudest service I ever had. Kept saying they forgot and our food was coming. 1 HOUR we waited for our food. We tried paying and waving down our server & she would not come. It was actually crazy.

The staff there is wonderful. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. Our only complaint was that all drinking water had to be purchased in plastic bottles. They had one dispenser of purified water in the exercise room. Aside from the environmental problems of 100s of plastic bottles being released into the environment daily, the fact that we were paying $180/night and still supposed to buy pure drinking water was insulting. Do better Best Western!

Great Stay

My stay was great. Staff was nice. Shuttle Service driver was great. Room was nice. The tv needed a extended arm to watch from the chair. The tv was on the wall side of the bed. It made it weird to watch from the bed. You had to turn you head while sitting up in the bed to watch tv.
