Gepflegtes Objekt,meernahe Lage,sehr schöner Meerblick,große Terrasse,stilvoller mediterraner Garten mit altem Baumbestand u. mit div. angenehmen Möglichkeiten,sich dort aufzuhalten.Für 6 Pers. ausreichend;sehr geräumig zu zweit.Decken- u. Standventilatoren vorhanden.Auffahrt z. Unterkunft zwar gut mögl.,KfZ Wenden(Ford Focus)kaum mögl.,da zu eng.Müllentsorgung aufwendig u. zeitgebunden.Probl. beim Öffnen d.Haustüre,Gefahr,dass man sich selbst aussperrt.Kein fkt. Backofen.Handtüchermangel;selbst genug mitbringen.Putzfrau,wenn gewünscht,nimmt pro Std.(!) 15€.Beschriebene Einkaufsmögl. ist zu Fuß viel zu weit entfernt.Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich bemüht bei d. Einführung u. bei div. Problemen.Die Erwartung zum tägl. Kommunikat.austausch haben wir aber als etwas anstrengend erlebt.

Vacanza isole golfo di Napoli

Vacanza veramente piacevole. Casa accogliente e molto ben tenuta in posizione strategica. I porti di Ischia sono molto vicini e facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi. Assolutamente da vedere e soprattutto in questo periodo.
