There is a children's play area. This semi-detached house is nicely renovated for 4/5 people. The living room is brightly with sofa-bed (occasional sleeping 160cm) opening on the terrace by large bay window. The pleasant wooden terrace is equipped with garden furnitures. The bedroom has a double bed and the room cabin has bunk beds. The kitchen area is open on the living room. The shower room has toilets. Parking area. Beaches and shops are 1.5 km away. Bien mais quelques points à ameliorer

Bon séjour dans une résidence très bien placée au cœur des pins. Logement fonctionnel avec beaucoup de rangements, bien pensés. Il semble avoir récemment été isolé et c’est une bonne chose étant donné la chaleur ! Cependant, en comparaison avec un autre logement loué l’année dernière, il reste quelques points à améliorer : propreté (ménage cher et très approximatif, maniaques s’abstenir), Equipement de la cuisine (pas de couteaux à steak, pas de casserole de taille moyenne), pas de ventilateur, parasol minuscule. Rapport qualité prix un poil élevé pour les prestations.
