An additional bedroom in the mezzanine, open to the living room and accessible by a ladder, offers a double bed and storage spaces; this mezzanine also benefits from air conditioning. Outside, the terrace with a small garden allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days thanks to its garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals after the beach. A parking space is available within the residence.
