East facing, the villa has a large bright living room with lounge and dining room, opening through French windows to the kitchen and the exteriors.
You will enjoy a large terrace, furnished with garden furniture, and a private pool.
The beds are divided between the rooms on the ground floor and upstairs. Garden level, find a master suite with double bed (160cm), a shower cabin, sink and separate WC and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160cm), a room with bunk beds, a small living room TV and a bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. The garden, wooded and enclosed, allows you to park two vehicles. Boulodrome.
