On the road leading to the southern beaches, close to the centre of the resort, you will appreciate this large soundproofed wooden chalet, of about 120m², for a maximum of 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright and spacious living room which serves as a lounge/dining room, a large terrace on stilts equipped with garden furniture (west facing). The sleeping arrangements are divided between the three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140cm), a bathtub and a washbasin, the second with twin beds, a shower cubicle and a washbasin and the third with a double bed (160cm) and a shower cubicle. There is a fourth shower room with bath and separate toilet in the basement. The enclosed garden allows you to park 2 vehicles in the driveway. Reach the beach, shops, restaurants and activities at 800m or 900 m, the golf course at 3 km, the lake at 6km (REF 03134)
