Located in the south of Lacanau, close to the beach and shops while being quiet, you will appreciate this pleasant house on one level, approximately 95m² for 7 persons. A large living/dining room opens, through French windows, on a partly covered terrace, facing west and furnished with garden furniture. The kitchen area with its back kitchen/laundry room is open to the living room. The beds are divided into 3 bedrooms: first bedroom equipped with a double bed, the second bedroom opens on a small inner courtyard not overlooked, it is equipped with twin beds and the third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (80cm) and 2 trundle beds (80cm), or 4 single beds. There's a recently renovated shower room with double sink. Toilets are independent. 2 cars can be parked at the entrance of the garden. Free Wi-Fi access - Beach 200 m away, shops 400 m away, golf 3 km away or lake 6 km away (REF 03234)

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigen wir (5 Personen) ein Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, eine gut eingerichtete Küche, anständige Betten, stabiles Wlan mit guter Bandbreite, kurze Entfernung zu Strand und sonstiger Infrasturktur. Alles das haben wir hier gefunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine schöne Terrasse, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders den Endreinigungsservice haben wir sehr geschätzt. Leider gab es zu dem sehr schönen Bad mit Dusche und den Schlafzimmern keine Fotos, wie können aber versichern, alles bestens.

De belles vacances avec un très beau temps dans une station bien vivante

Logement simple , mais propre et très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu il faut. C est même mieux que dans les photos. Le plus de ce logement l emplacement. La plage est accessible à pied en 5 min, avec des enfants c est super et l accès aux commerces tout aussi facile. On gare la voiture dans la propriété pas besoin de chercher un stationnement, et la voiture est en sécurité. Vraiment super, logement que je conseillerai à mes connaissances qui veulent se rendre à Lacanau!
