Quietly located, the house is in a private domain between Lake and Ocean. It is close to sandy beaches and famous surf spots.
The house consists of a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen, all opening onto a terrace where you can enjoy lunch overlooking the pool and the pine forest.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms; one with double bed open on a balcony and the other with 3 beds.
You can laze in the bathtub after a course on one of the three golf courses in Canaulais.
A collective heated pool awaits you from April to September, a restaurant and bar can accommodate you.
You can go to the beach via the bike path that passes in front of the estate.
This exceptional configuration will allow you to spend holidays adapted to all:
Sports holidays, (surfing, body boarding, canoeing, tennis, squash, trinquet, golf, cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding, lake fishing, pedal boating, windsurfing, kite surfing), relaxing holidays on the beach or at the edge of the pool, lovers of nature, you will also find your happiness (forest, pond Cousseau).
