Welcome to this vintage 30 m² villa, full of charm and ideally located in a quiet, green neighborhood, just 5 minutes' walk from a supervised beach.



The house includes:



- A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

- A bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out beds for children.

- A bathroom with shower and a large wardrobe.

- A sunny 35 m² south-facing garden with outdoor furniture and parasol.



The villa stays naturally cool in summer, especially in the bedroom at the back (north-facing).

Everything is within walking distance: beach, forest, cycle paths, supermarket (200 m), and town center (10 minutes on foot).



Pillows and duvets are provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels, or request the optional linen service.

Cleaning must be done by you, or you can book the cleaning service available for an extra fee.
