La maison des Grives will charm you with its tasteful decoration and its quiet location: it is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, facing the forest and the lake is at the end of the street, 3 minutes' walk away with its supervised beach in summer, its sailing club and a good restaurant.

Ideal for 1 or 2 families, the location is perfect for everyone to enjoy their holiday. With its 3 bedrooms, including a dormitory room, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.

The Grives house is ideal for families (perfectly equipped, nice outdoor space with many games/activities for young and old) and benefits from an ideal location, at the edge of the forest and 300m from the lake with its sandy beach.



The house is composed as follows:

You enter the 38 m2 living room with its lounge area with corner sofa, Tv and dining area with table for up to 12 guests.

Numerous French windows give you direct access to the outside and its large terrace.

You can enjoy the large 60 m2 terrace equipped with a spa for 4 people, a pergola with a gas plancha, a garden table that can seat up to 12 people, an outdoor lounge, a garden and a play area with a secure trampoline, a table tennis table and a basketball hoop.
