The residence "Les Terrasses de l'Atlantique" is located on the seafront. Enjoy this beautiful 3* classified apartment, tastefully decorated, completely renovated, located on the 4th and last floor, with elevator, ideal for the reception of four people. The living room, living/ dining room/ kitchen, opens by 2 large windows on a balcony facing south west, equipped with garden furniture and offering stunning views of the ocean. A room with double bed 140 cm and a 2nd room composed of 2 beds in 90 cm. Bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet. You benefit from a garage in the basement (only in July/ August). Maximum height of access to the car park: 2 meters. Reach the beach and surf schools 150 m, shops, restaurants, glacier and shops 600 m, the lake 5 km or golf about 3 km (REF 02190)
